Delivery time may vary from time to time. We can give you an estimated time at the moment of order.
We know you want your guitar as soon as possible to enjoy with it the great moments music can give us, and we work hard and invest time and money to reduce waiting times, but rush is the worst enemy in this job, so often we need to slow down to make things in the best way possible.

Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL courier. Usually delivery times, in normal conditions, is about 48 hours.

Yes, every instrument is delivered inside its hard case to ensure it won’t be damaged during the freight.

We offer a 2-years warranty on all my instruments against faulty workmanship and defective materials. The warranty does not cover defects caused by accident, normal wear, misuse or natural cracking of lacquer. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and can’t be handed down to future owners.

The price includes the instrument, its custom hard case, a 2-years warranty, a certificate of authenticity, tools for the maintenance and many gadgets with Carpinteri Guitars brand applied.

Yes, you can cancel your order but deposit can’t be refunded after 7 days from the date of the order.
We use deposit to get materials to build your particular custom guitar that with a great probability won’t fit the needs of other musicians.

We prefer emails. These permit us to answer when we have the time to do it and to keep a record of all the request of our customers.
